Student Housing on the Waterfield Campus
Our next stop — Student Housing — is where students are getting an enriched college experience. The modern, apartment-style housing has been in demand since it opened in 2004. Student Housing accommodates 756 residents with furnished one-, two-, and four-bedroom apartments. Students enjoy security, private bedrooms, meeting spaces, and an array of amenities, including cable and high-speed Internet connections. They also have access to Cole Commons, which features a computer lab, fitness center, fireside lounge, and large-screen TV. Student Housing is located near numerous restaurants, retail stores, and entertainment venues. The demand for Student Housing has grown each year, and IPFW is in the planning stages of Phase III to accommodate 400 more students.
