IPFW Virtual Tour

Tour the Campus of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne

Science Building

Welcome to one of IPFW’s most prolific research sites. The Science Building houses programs for biology, geosciences, and chemistry with state-of-the-art laboratories equipped like any modern research facility. Here, students and faculty have worked together to research dinosaur fossils, leatherback sea turtles, and the herpesvirus. The building also houses the “Herp Center” — the Center for Reptile and Amphibian Conservation and Management — which works with the community to conserve snakes, frogs, turtles, and other “herps.”
